Hello, our 19.6 Aquasport fell victim to a "hit and fly" this morning before dawn. We are in a state of shock and don't know which direction to turn or where to go for help. Our boat was broadsided by another boat while it was docked in the marina for the night. It was hit by an old model glastron with a 200hp on it going so fast that it jumped over the side of our boat ran across the top of it and landed on the concrete dock!. Our beautiful boat is a mess and due to its age, our insurance will never cover these damages. We are looking for advice as to what to do next. We have not been able to speak to our insurance agent yet, but we are very apprehensive about the damages and the repairs if even possible. The sides were cracked in two places, the seats torn out of the floor, the console messed up and the 11 month old Suzuki motor also received slight damage! The driver of the other boat does not speak English and has no form of insurance! The owner of the other boat was not driving and he also has no insurance! Does anyone have any ideas how we can proceed? I am new to this site, but thought someone might be able to offer advice in any area concerning this terrible accident. I am trying to figure out how to put photos on, but havent mastered that yet. Thanks for any help, riverrat
