As it turns out, Aquasport did offer the stern mounted livewells for the 19-6 (I know this because luv2flycessna is lucky enough to have them on his 19-6). I believe they also offered these on the 170 and 22-2... Would stern mounted livewells from either of these Aquasports fit on a 19-6? I'm thinking that some from a 22-2 should bolt right on flush; not sure about the 170 though...If anyone has some (and I completely understand why you wouldn't want to part with them ) , would it be too much to ask for some dimensions? I think I can make these myself...I could always go with some plumbed fiberglass boxes in the stern, but I just love the lack of clutter back there.Note: if anyone does have a pair of these livewells, in any condition, I'd be willing to pay top dollar for them.Thanks.
Why do you need a pump on it while sitting still? My brother has a early 70's hewes bonefisher with the transom wells and it keeps bait alive all day long with no pumps, we can leave white bait in overnight tied to the dock at my house and they are fine in the morning. His box has a bunch of small holes drilled in the bottom of it at an angle to direct water into the wells while running then it acts like a bait bucket basically at rest. He has holes in the upper areas as well almost up to the water line drilled every 3-4 inches or so. Maybe you just need more holes in yours if bait is dyeing at rest.
I made mine and it wasnt thet bad. Made the mold out of cardboard and cut the cloth to match the sides, top and bottom.
