Yikes !

I own a 1990 200 Osprey I am currently restoring, and have a nice hatch over my tank coffin.....And for that, I am grateful

You will find this forum is full of horror stories about foamed-in tanks on some models and absence of hatches for tank access on some other models.

Good luck, man. Sounds like you are gonna have to cut the floor out to access the tank. That being said, I find it "somewhat" surprising that you are having to replace the tank on a boat that is only nine years old

It seems like fuel tank replacement is the Number 1 task that confronts owners of boats in the 12-15 year-old range.....

What model do you have, why do you think your tank is bad.Ihave a 2000 275 explorer and from what can be seen it looks good mine is not foamed in but I would also have to cut the deck to remove it.
