Wiring Diagram

Anybody see any problems with this diagram?  I am planning on using this as a basic layout for my wires.  Already have the switch/breaker panel ready - should begin wiring soon after final paint.

I am obviously setting it up with a start/house bank.  Motor has dual charging leads.
