Motor Stand

So this is a little bit of a side project, but it will give me some space in my garage because currently my motor is laying down lenthwise in a crate taking up half a spot in the garage.  Plus it's not easily movable.

I figure this little stand will make it mobile.  Welds aren't all that pretty, but I only weld as a hobbyist.  I really need to weld more so I can justify a TIG setup.  Heh heh... more power.

BTW - I've seen guys who can stick weld prettier than most can tig or mig...   It's an art...

Try the old trick of just putting a pretty paint job on it and nobody will notice the welds!

Looks good Rich.  A couple more mods, like a hoisting pole/mechanism welded on the front wheels and you could rent it out  :afro:
