Max HP Rating for a 1987 200 Osprey?

Does anybody happen to know what the max HP rating is for a 1987 200 Osprey?

185 HP, I have a 150 on mine right now, runs good, wide open around 42mph, cruises around 30 mph easily.

I'm new to the site, thanks for your response.  

I'm looking at the possibility of buying one, but it currently has a 225 on it on a jackplate.  I haven't had the opportunity to see it in person yet.  The pics look good, but they're not as clear as I would like.  I think I see some sort of metal flashing on the transom, but I'm not certain.  That could mean bad news or it could have been something he chose to install with the jackplate.  Either way, the motor is too big for the boat.  Unfortunately, I only have a 200 to replace it with...

Yea, I'm new too.
I would think a 225 is too big, but the boat was rated for a 185 in 1987, you could research the weight on that model motor versus the weight of the 200 you have, it may not be a problem...weight wise, like I said mine runs real good, it has a jackplate, just not adjustable, but I also have trim tabs.

There is a outboard shop here local that has a Johnson Oceanrunner 175, completely rebuilt with warranty(2650.00), that I would like to have, but there is nothing wrong with what I have.

Jim, kinda looks like a Wellcraft version of your 240.  'cept it is a center console.  I don't, however, think they should call that a cuddy cabin though.
