Is there wood in the hull?, I know there is in the transom, but is there wood in the deck and the stringers?

I guess I don't have to worry about the hull soaking up water, just the foam in the stringers but I think I'm ok there too. My transom is doing ok so far as I know as I know there is wood in there. But the deck is sound.
