Water in Hull Osprey 205

So it seems the deck drains are now basically in the water.  Scum Line goes up 1/4" per year.  Once the drains are underwater, is there anything that can be done to restore any bouyancy?

Do you keep it on a trailer? The usual approach is to remove any wet foam under the deck and in the stringers. Then refoam where you removed.

Are the side scuppers under ? . Mine always has water in the drain itself just below deck level. Never pools on the deck. I slip mine and the scuppers are just above the water at rest.
