Help with 215DC Dual Battery issue
« on: July 31, 2024, 06:44:24 PM »
Morning, Afternoon or Evening Gentlemen (depending on time zone and when you are viewing this)....  Have had my 215DC for 2 seasons and running into an issue with the dual battery setup the PO put in. Unfortunately Im not getting any power to the main panel, via the house battery. I've got a Blue Sea Add a battery setup and cant figure out how to diagnose is the switch is bad or if its a wiring/corrosion issue. Was hoping someone could tell me which wires run power to the main panel to power the bilge, fishboxes and my other accessories.

Thanks in advance for any assistance. Its greatly appreciated.

If it’s like mine(2001) There is a black box on the starboard side transom where the batteries are with a 40 amp breaker in it, that feeds the power to the dash. The other lead from the breaker should go to your battery switch or possibly directly to the battery. A picture of what you have may help.
