Newbie AS owner questions

Does anyone have any info on my old freebie Aquasport? Like what model it is, handling characteristics, anything? I plan to do inshore fishing with the occasional nearshore jaunt. I haven't been able to find others on the 'net.



Also, curious what kind of range/speed I might be able to expect from my Aquasport? (Assuming good mechanicals) It's an 18' Cuddy and has an older Suzuki 115 on it. According to my math, I have around a 30 gallon tank. (58"X20"X6").

It looks similar to the one posted in the classified section of this group.  I have also seen them from time to time on yachtworld.com.  It is similar to the one I am interested in, see the post "1975 22' cabin mdoel."  I don't have any info on specifics.  It looks like a good solid boat, however check the transom for delamination and the one in the classifieds has a problem with delamination somewhere on the bottom.  The thing I like about the hull design is the deadrise is somewhat shallower than a typical "deep vee" , allowing less horsepower.  I'm not sure if this reduces the handling in rough water though.
