Thanks for checking...I never noticed it on my 17 so I was worried when I noticed on the 19.

When I cut the floor out (softspots) one of the stringers that run the length of the boat (stringer?) was destroyed.  After I rebuilt it and put in a new floor, there isn't any twist at all.
