Kiwi Grip Non-skid Deck paint???

My non-skid coating has worn off on my 1996 175 Osprey. I bought some Kiwi-Grip Non-Skid paint. Has anyone used this and is it a good idea or not? I'm going to sell the boat and want to clean it up.

never used it myself but have heard rolling it the most aggressive way is overkill, from their website
This roller gives your KiwiGrip the texture that you desire. For a more aggressive non-skid allow coating to dry slightly then lightly roll again.
