Hello all. Just finished rebuilding a 1977 19-6. I've read and learned tons here. Thanks a lot. I'll post a detailed thread when I figure it out a little better. A quick before and after...

That came out looking nice. Did you cut down the liner?

The guy I bought it from cut most of the liner out to get the deck removed. I ended up liking the extra toe space so I cleaned it up and braced it in a few spots and left it that way.
