What Should I Pay 60s 222 Flatback

Looking at a very sweet fully restored 222 Flatback with a new Yahama, new everything, so very nice. Just hard to put a value on it. Has a tower, live well, custom cushion, two Garmins, two power poles, self deploy trolling motor, all gem lux hardware, etc......  the dude knows what he is doing. 

Any idea what the value of something like this is?

Has a new trailer as well.  Pictures would not post cause too large.
