It should be possible to cut the core out of the hatches from the back side. Then grind down to clean glass. Bond in a new core and glass over the core. It’s easier to describe than doo, but still manageable. It wouldn’t be a bad first glass project, or if you’d prefer to hire it out, it shouldn’t break the bank.
