1974 22"2' rebuild

Just purchased and getting started! Soliciting input for my "work plan"!! Already removed console, seat, gas tank, and deck. Will post pics of that and floor removal soon. By the looks of the boat after removing the floor it appears to have had prior stringer work done. Next step will prob be checking for water in foam, but it looks like some dlam in part of stringers. I only think this b/c i see what appears to be foam that has separated stringer from hull and other indicators from inspecting. Pictures aren't the greatest but they will improve.
Digging in!!!

nice. save yourself some time/energy and bleech/pressure wash that thing. you'll be surprised how much it cleans up and shows areas that need attention vs. "good" spots.

Pressure cleaned and cut out soaked stringers and a bulkhead. Cut out soaked wood strips that were fiberglassed to the hull. With the stringer cracked near casting deck I will be removing that next. I think I better just face the fact that I should cut top of remaining stringers and remove foam even though it was mostly dry. This will allow me to lay new glass inside stringer and tab stringer down from inside just to be safe. The next issue to digest will be the condition of the transom. Plan on reinforcing fiberglass in parts of hull but don't want to just aimlessly add weight by doing that. Any suggestions or ideas are appreciated!

More photos to help. Spinning my wheels and don't know what to tackle next after casting deck. What should I do to brace hull while I remove structural components?

Admin edit: I rotated the pics as best as I could based on what I see. To see the changes refresh your browser. Make sure your phone is oriented with lens to the left as you hold the phone horizontal.
As long as you leave the cap on it will maintain the hull form. I know at this point it is easy to get overwhelmed, just take a break and think everything over - I thought about things for up to a week and then dove back in with a clearer vision/plan.
Are you removing the casting deck? You'll need to repair the cracked stringer up front but you'll need room to access the area with your grinder
