So I'm on my annual contractual pilgrimage from Australia to Westport Point MA And my, my hasn't the wether been spectacular.
I recently had the carbs rebuilt & serviced & the motor has been running like a champion.
So this morning at 5am, there I am pumped for a epic mornings fishing
And in my half awake stupor I was cranking the engine (for maybe 5-10 seconds) with the kill switch engaged, nothing, obviously. No worries I thought, disengage the kill switch, try again. It coughed, ran for 10 seconds & died. And refused to start again. I tried WOT, no choke, ...nothing. Pulled the plugs, they weren't that wet, dried them, cranked the motor, put the plugs back in...nada. Went away for 2 hours...tried again...zippo. The fuel bulb primer is normal.
I am stumped. What to do? Go away for a day and try again? BTW there is a plenty of fuel around, so its clearly flooding. Any suggestions welcome.
