Commin up close to time to paint the console rebuild. Was going to go with Awlgrip but have lately been reading about this stuff. Sounds promising.

Anybody use it before?

I'm going to use Awlcraft 2000 for my 1967 222. It's from US paint (Awlgrip).
The advantages are it is more forgiving and it is repairable (i'm told).  The painters told me you can buff out a repair. Not sure of the price difference.
