My 90 HP will push my 170 to about 38 MPH WOT. I would assume the 115 Etec will get it up into the low to mid 40s depending on the prop. No idea on fuel burn, but I can tell you I don't use much fuel in my 90HP Ocean Pro so I would assume the Etec will burn about 25% less.
