Proper way to bond or ground your fuel tank.

I'm looking for a definite answer on the proper way to bond your fuel tank.  I have a tab welded to my tank that I ran a ground wire to a bolt on my fuel fill.  Also ran a wire back to the console.  Just not a hundred percent sure on whether I should connect to another piece of stainless or connect to a lug on negative terminal block.

Mine runs from the tank lug to the fill.
From the tank lug to the negative battery terminal.

I have a third wire running from the tank lug to the original fuel gauge ground wire.
