Need new fuel tank for 245 explorer

Turns out I need a new fuel tank for my 1999 245 explorer. It weeps fuel when full.

Does anyone have the dimensions for the 141 gal. tank?

Anyone point me to a good tank source? 

Lastly, poly or aluminum?
