Explorer Transom Door Latch

The latch on my 250 Explorer transom door does not open when the button is pressed.  Does anyone know of a direct replacement?

Maybe it's just full of salt and can be cleaned out and lubed? :?:

You talking about the starboard side hatch? My transom door just has a barrel bolt.

RickK,

        That was it, thanks man.
I tried using oil yesterday with no luck, but after reading your post I gave it a good soaking in hot water. Works like new.

Wingtime,

It is the locking latch on the access door for the batteries.
