P/S fluid leak

Nice steady stream of fluid from where the wheel bolts to the black plastic assembly. It is a Bay Star?? system. I have read thats its probably the o ring. How do you change it out? Please post pics if you have any. Thanks for the help.

ok I replaced part numbers 4 and 5 and it worked, had zero issues but now it looks like it is leaking very slowly at the base. Now what??
