We can supply finished fiberglass hatches, made locally. Two versions available now, one trapezoid style and one rectangle. These are very nicely finished, include gasket, recessed hinges and latch. The hatches are designed to sit on the topside of a hole (like a flange), then you would fair it flush. Non-skid is molded into the hatch (non-skid used in making the plug for these was the Kiwigrip we sell, so it would match the rest of your deck :) There is a section of the drain channel that is flat so you can put in a drain line
hatches are available for purchase here:
http://www.gulfstreamcomposites.com/category-s/124.htmthe rectangle hatch measures 20"x34.5" from flange lip to lip, hole size would be 18.25" x 32.5"
the trapezoid (longer side) is 18"x31.5" from flange lip to lip, and 16"x29.5" hole opening price
Stainless latch and hinges are standard
For anyone who has made your own deck hatches, you know how much work this saves :!: :)

Also, we are working on getting two new hatches (a rectangle and a square) that will be less finished, a little cheaper. Most guys end up painting these anyway. These new hatches will not have hardware, just the gutter flange and the hatch cover to go with it, so you can use your own choice of hinges and latches. I should have pictures and measurements of these new hatches in the next week or two
