So I have a couple of questions. When I get back to Florida I need to replace the fuel tank. Was thinking that this would be a good time to also replace the deck as well. Half is solid half not, so I get the idea about cutting it out and leaving a lip. What would be the preferred material to make the deck out of ? How does the deck attach to the stringers?
Glassing is not my gig and if someone could suggest someone in the Fort Meyers area, thank you. I have carpentry skills, so could get everything stripped and ready to go. Boat is on a lift on canal, so no trailer or warehouse. Would this be possible outside say in January?
