I have a 1986 200 osprey that is almost completed. Finishing paint work. Does anyone have the exact dimensions for hinges on the front casting deck hatches. I was not smart enough to save any to compare to new. Also if someone has already replaced these with new and has the jog on where to purchase that would be great. Thanks in advance.

Just in case this post happened to get lost between all the other awesome projects going on here. Looking for the original size or hinges for my 200 osprey hatches. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like you can measure the indents and get a close size. (You probably already thought of this and did it)

Yes have a measurement for hinges themselves. The only thing that I'm worried about now is lining the old mounting holes with new hinges. Hatches are all finished and boat goes back in the paint booth next Monday to be finished.

Wish I could help you, but after looking close at your hatches, I noticed that yours seem to be about twice as wide as the ones on my 82 model... looks good though...

Your hinges appear to be twice as wide, mine are only about 1 1/4 inch wide.
