OK. Picked up the 222 CCP from Harkers Island Friday, towed it home( trailer was very questionable to make it), got it thru a car wash and then started to really look it over to see the actual base of the boat for a rebuild, floor is completely shot, transom is going to be replaced(picked up a bracket on the way down), the biggest downside I have found so far is on the bottom of the hull under the drain the boat was either dragged or fell and it has a 4 inch crack/split. ? is can it be structurally repaired to be usable or find another hull. The trailer looks to have had the rear cross member break off the rails(corrosion) and that's what probably did the damage, the rails have had a "repair" done to them. I can post a couple of pics of the damage after I get back home on 5/1. Trailer will be scrapped after removing any usable parts.
