did you gut the antisiphon valve before installing the tank?  can you get to it to see if its clogged?

Bulb isn't going flat. Any restriction upstream either with fuel or venting will cause the bulb to go flat. Get the stator and switchboxes checked!

Not sure about the valve. P/O had a boat dealer install tank. My experience with antisiphon valve would make the bulb suck together or filter after bulb empty. Kind of like the vent was stopped up. Thanks for the ideas, I will look at is. Dosent hurt to check.

Ten four, it does remind me of when a oil alarm goes of and motor throttles back.  Curious about the module on top of 2/4/6 cylinder bank. Three wires that go to switch boxes. Aftermarket manual said oil module, but that's on the side of motor correct?

Well all is good in mercury land. Ran the boat today and issue is fixed. All this for a damn quick connection on the motor. Why would you have a disconnect on a 150? Not like I'm going to take it off the boat and store it in the garage. Anyway, ran wot with no issues, cruise at 25 around 4000 rpms. Now on to the cosmetics!
