Thanks Bob!!  We have UNC at home next Saturday.  That should be another top 25 team that goes down!!  We might even slip into the top 25 come Monday.

UNC is the only team I know who has a buy week and falls out of the top 25 :lol:   Game is sold out in Greenville Saturday.  Glad I have season tickets!  Should be over 55k there when we beat down UNC :twisted:

Wow - it was a beat down!  111 total points?  Not much d-fence in that game!  Way to go Pirates!

It was total domination. Pirates had nearly 800 yards in offense, 40 first downs. Shane Carden and the read option killed 'em. Carolina never knew where the ball was going.

Worst loss in Carolina history. Tickled to death it was the Pirates that delivered the smack-down!!

Next week its back to reality. FSU and Famous come to visit :shock:

Maybe Famous will stand up on the campus statute again and call the other team a bunch of wussies....that could be good! :salut:

Thanks guys!!  Just saw that we finally broke into the top 25 at number 23.  We should be a little higher than that but I will take it!!  If we can shore our defense up, we have an offense that can move the ball on anyone!

Was at the game. Sat in section 6 row EE on the 49 yard line :thumright:

Wow. Been to many college football games, many stadiums. But will say in all honesty...that was without question the best college football game I've ever attended.

It was all about the Pirates. The fans...man...they never quit. And passion for the ECU Pirates? Asswhippers before the teams entered the stadium. Any team that goes into Greenville, NC  has a  strong chance of getting whupped. I honestly believe they could beat Alabama there on a good night.

No different than Boise State ten years back. Not on the national map..but they'll take all comers. First Down Pirates!!!....Aargh!!!!

The announcer said it forty times. First down Pirates. Forty first downs against the former 22 ranked Tarheels. The worst loss in the history of Carolina football :lol:

70-42. The 'Heels gave up 782 total yards of total offense. Another shameful record. And ECU ran the ball the last three series with their second team offense....out of pity.

 Carolina most likely will never schedule them again. A guaranteed loss is not good...so avoid it. ECU is 4-0 against the ACC in the last 13 months.

GO PIRATES!!!!  Aargh!!!!!

It's been a long time coming for us.  I have sat in that stadium every home game for the last 10 years and our fans are the best!
