Where is the Maxwell breaker/isolator located?
« on: June 26, 2014, 04:05:47 PM »
I have searched everyplace I consider reasonable, and I can't find the 3A helm control breaker or the high-current breaker/isolator for the Maxwell Freedom 500 on a 2005 Aquasport 275.  Has anyone located theirs and can tell me where to look?
Thanks,
Mark

No sir.  I have checked all the positive battery terminal fuse blocks and all are good.  I have looked all over the starboard battery area to no avail.  Next step is to use a toner to trace the positive high-current wire from the solenoid to someplace in the battery compartment.  I was hoping someone on the forum knew where Aquasport put the Maxwell isolator/breaker.  Where ever it is...it is hidden well.

Thanks for your reply.

On the side of the switch/breaker box?  Is it the red disc on top?

It should resemble the breaker that is on the side of the box between the 2 battery switches.
