22-2 Refurbishing - New Logo

So... my 22-2 is getting ready for a little refurbishing.  Getting new paint inside and out, reinforcing anchor deck, reinforcing front hatch, and reinforcing gunnels.  

I also had this new logo made to be put on her when the work is done.  What do you guys think?

Should it be 22-2... Or 222?

The boat is a 1981.  What is correct?

222 not 22-2.

Well FG, I went through your earlier posts and I feel it was determined you had and 81 Osprey and that it was similar to a member's 83 so...

Based on that info, I would say you need to drop the - and have it read 222.

Also, while different, the Redfish (I hope that's right) tail is a nice touch.

Yeah man, you and I are the only early 80s 222s I have seen on the forum. At least active ones anyway! There has to be some more out there but until they post we may never know.  There are a lot of pics in the gallery that I haven't looked at and there might be some in there, but the member who posted the pics might have it listed as "Buffy's day at the beach" or something like that. LOL
