Take the screws out  and the covering boards will come off.  Then just scrape the old wood off, and bond an new piece of marine plywood back on, put a layer of glass over it, drill holes for the rod holders/outriggers, seal the edges, and you are good to go!   :cheers:  Bed the covering boards in 5200 when you put them back on and it will reduce the squeaks when you sit or step on the covering boards...  :thumleft:
