What are those dots around the top edge of the console? Cover snaps?
No, I'm a Harley guy and had a Heritage Softail at the time. Made it look like my saddlebags.
If you look closely you will see that there are aluminum angle brackets inside the console holding it together. I was worried that pounding would cause the console to loosen up.
The front of the console opens up. A bench seat on a hinge and the front itself. Makes access easier.
