Bored at work
« on: June 28, 2006, 08:36:04 AM »
Kinda bored at work so I finally got around to uploading pictures.

Here is Ethel Ann. New to 2006 is the leaning post I made from MDF. I made the seat from 8" PVC with 2" foam wrapped in neoprene and covered in vinyl.

Great looking boat TG!  I like the custom work and the ingenuity involved.  The motor cowling, Mercury?

Nice picture!

What are those dots around the top edge of the console?  Cover snaps?

No, I'm a Harley guy and had a Heritage Softail at the time. Made it look like my saddlebags.

If you look closely you will see that there are aluminum angle brackets inside the console holding it together. I was worried that pounding would cause the console to loosen up.

The front of the console opens up. A bench seat on a hinge and the front itself. Makes access easier.
