"BOATING" Magazine in 1970 did a four page article in their national magazine
about the 1970 17 foot Aquasport that was then being built in Miami, Florida.

That's my boat (or was until the rebuild) - been a great boat for the 25+ years I've owned her.  Will be even better when I'm done bringing some of her into the the 21st century.

yeah, you're right, Rick...looks like the three stringers was standard on the 170...I haven't cut the sole out yet, but I am sure mine will be the same. My 40 year old boat will be like new on its 40th birthday...

My 1975 17' with a 90hp on her work's just fine in Tampa Bay. Go's where though $80,000.00 boats can't get to The Flats.   :D  :D
