1970's "Lima Bean Green" Gelcoat
« on: January 06, 2012, 12:53:27 PM »
This is the exact gelcoat as found on the deck and casting deck of all 12 degree 170, 19-6, and 22-2 70's Aquasports.

It was computer matched to the inside hatch of Fitz's 1973 22-2.

I am sending the remaing gel and formula to Eugene Son of Shipoke Boatworks.

You may contact Eugene at:

PM sent.

Chris of Seamark Boatworks, Rocky Point, NC  has the exact "Lima Bean Green" gelcoat recipe on hand.

Also manufactures to order forward casting deck hatches for seventies 22-2's, divinycell cored.

Great thread to bump....tough sourcing old product.

Update:

We have a gallon of it here if you need it.

It has the stock number from the manufacturer on the can, which equates to their color formula.
