222FFV Windshield Dimensions ????

I am away from my boat at the moment. Looking at a new/used windshield. Id like to have one a little taller with less of an angle slope(I).

Any one have access and can provide me dimensions?

I'll get back to you.  Have to shovel all the f-in snow off.   Again.  I'd be interested in seeing how you make out with this.  I was considering building a pilothouse on mine but raising the windshield is another option. Check out the windshield on the Maritime 20, 23 or 25 Classic.  Nice and high and solid.

The only thing preventing me from doing the pilothouse thing is trying to figure out how to provide good access to the bow.  No walk-around option on these boats.

Unfortunately I can't get you the angles but here are the measurements:

A=  74"
B=  44 1/2"
C=  21 1/2"
D=  22 1/2"
E=  25 1/2
F=  81 3/8" (outside edge to outside edge) or 79 3/4" (inside edge to inside edge).

Also, mine is a 1978 22 FF.  It shouldn't be any different but yours might be a year or two newer?

I thought about a Pilot house. Figure it just too much work, too expensive and too heavy for this old boat.

I went with the FishonSPorts Arch and Visor. I plan on steepening the angle of the front windows and then just adding eisenglass for wet trips.

Having the top to get out of the sun is half the battle. Soooooo much nicer now.
