I see a problem with your fuse block.  See the top brass strip?  You should have a single 10GA lead going to that, coming off the battery or battery switch, this lead energizes the whole block.  All your output leads should come off the bottom side, at each individual fuse position, they in turn run to each individual switch.  Anything you terminate to that top strip (called a positive bus) will be energized, switch or no switch.

Also protect that 10GA feed with a 30A fuse or breaker...

This is a small alarm that is triggered once the key gets turned. I have one on my 200 Osprey. Let's me know that power is going to the fuel pump in my case.
