Yummy deliciousness tonight!  The great thing about smoking, aside from the food, is that it get's you outdoors, you have that awesome aroma all day, just sort of invigorates you.  Not to mention an excellent opportunity to quaff many beers in the excuse that you "are just doing your job"!!

Bob,

Try this rub on the chicken.  I use it on mine and on fried turkey makes the best tasting skin ever

2 TBS Chile Powder
2 TBS Curry
2 TBS Garlic Salt
2 TBS Cuming
1 TBS Black Pepper
1 TBS Cinnamon
1 TBS All Spice

Mix spices well and rub on bird, inside & out

I decided to do some ribs in the smoker yesterday.... never thought of taking any pics of them  Came out great!  I did the 3-2-1 method and I was really pleased with the results.....  so was Amy.... all that was left on her plate was bones!
