1. Larger hatch over the bilge so access is easier.
Added a second bilge pump with float switch. Re plumbed livewell into spigot for portable livewell that goes on deck. Turned former livewell back into storage box.
2. Added two rodholders. I don't have a drill guide so I researched the best way and ended up drilling a hole at the correct angle through a 2 x 4 and then taping it to the gunwale. This actually worked really well!
3. I also added outriggers and bases.
