The cowling (hood, mounting brackets, and lower cowlings) showed up yesterday. They are actually in really good shape :!: Just a few small chips that I can touch up. Other than that I am pretty confident I can buff the scratches out and may not need to repaint them.

I need to buy the sea land the rubber isolation mounts for the lowers, so waiting on that will hold this up for a week or so. I am happy to say that after a cursory check, I am pretty sure this will be an easy swap. :cheers:

Of course I couldn't resist dropping the hood on the motor... Viola! Instant newer motor :!:  :thumright:
Looks better than clam shells with brown stripes... :puker:


Once I get going on this I will start a new thread and link this on to it, so it will be easier to find in the future.
