1999 Osprey 200 Fuel Tank Style Question
« on: April 23, 2013, 04:55:13 PM »
My contact at Moeller wants to know if the 45 gallon fuel tank in my 20 foot 1999 Osprey is flat bottomed or a "belly tank" to recommend what style fuel pick-up tube to use. Anyone know? I believe it's about 8 inches deep, based on when I installed the new digital fuel sender last fall. Any info on the tank size, depth, style and material (it's plastic, not metal) that it likely is, is appreciated!

this is moellers tank diagram for the '04 200 osprey, the dimensions match the tank in my '96 200 osprey, which is a 50 gallon tank...

Wow, that's great Asw! It even confirms it's a Moeller tank -- AND that it is 50 gals and not the 45 the PO told me. AND that it came standard with that fuel shutoff valve, which most everyone said had to be after-market.

Thanks very much!
