My trim tabs quit last weekend. I followed the troubleshooting procedures Bennett provides. The pump motor would not run. I sent an email to Bennett. They sent out a pump the same day and I received it the next day, $NC. Instructions were to return the old pump with the box and packing list that came with the new one. Too bad other companies can't follow this example of excellent customer service. This is not an isolated incident. One can search
www.floridasportsman.com
forum or THT forum and find a truckload of great service by "Tabman".
Thanks again Tom!

Benett understands the Golden Rule of basic marketing. L.L. Bean does too. Buy a shirt from Bean's and, if two years later you don't like it or a sleeve falls off, send it back. They'll replace it. No questions. Best salesmen they have are happy customers. Send sombody a replacement shirt or a replacement pump with no hassle and you'ver got another salesman on the force.

Not to hijack but I needed the sockets/bayonette's for my Attwood cockpit lights and could not find them anywhere, I emailed Attwood, and the lady there sent me two in the mail in two days for FREE!, I was shocked that in this day and age that it could happen. I hear of it happening to other people but never to me, so it happened.
I have heard many good things about the Bennett company on THT as well.

Great customer service!

Miguel,
I haven't forgoten. I have not used my boat since Huricanne Wlima  The area wher I keep it next to my house was damaged, and I have just been too darned busy to get at it. In the next couple of weeks I plan to move the boat from its location so I can get back into it and work on getting that area cleaned up and my boat back in the water. I will then be able to snaps some photos for you. Wilma really messed me up!
