Light blue paint color for 222CCP

Does anyone know what the light blue color for the blue band on the ccp's is called? :?:

Blue band :scratch:   Not sure what that is :?:   Decal, rubrail :?:  A picture would help to see what blue you are talking about.  None of the factory CCP's had a light blue paint to my knowledge :scratch:

The blue side area on the exterior hull wall.
