New trailer for 74' 222

My boat is in the paint booth right now and I would like to put it on a new trailer when the paint cures. Curious if anyone knows of a trailer company that has a "blueprint" of the 222's and manufactures new trailers for them. I heard Magic Tilt does and am still trying to get more info on it. Just wanted to see what other info was out there.

i for one dont like the owens and sons trailers, every single one ive delt with at work dont support the hull under the stringers but in the open area between the stringer and the chine.
the trailer under my 200 osprey is a magic tilt all aluminum and stainless. bunks placed right under the stringers and lowered as low as they can be.
the trailer under our sea ray us a load master

How interesting Aaron. The Tampa Bay world swears by Owens & Sons. But Aaron ought to know, as part of his job at the Harbourage Marina is loading and off-loading boats from rack to trailer and back.
For a trailer to support a boat properly, the bunks must rest directly under either the chines, a strake, or the stringers. That is where the glass is the thickest on a hull bottom, one doesn't want the bunks under an unsupported panel...

about 1/3 of the trailers we load are owens and sons. they are also more difficult to load than a standard trailer...

Ended up going with the Magic Tilt I was told about. A bit pricey, but you get what ya pay for.

The trailer has to be built by Magic tilt. Said it was 7-10 days out.
