Hey! Anbody got any great ideas about panels that can slip in/out on either side of my outboard?

you can see very low freeboard in the transom and i've seen some people putting clear plexi or starboard panels on both sides of the motor. In a following sea or slow trolling waves can come right in. I'd like any advice on a bracket setup so I can remove one or both panels for swim ladder access.
