1996 245 Explorer W/A Cuddy Access Cover

I need to replace the smoked lexan cuddy access cover (top section) for my '96 245 Explorer.  I had one made from Alum. but want to replace it with what was orginally there.

Those are hard to find - check out some marine surplus/salvage yards.  You might be further ahead to get one made from a shop that does boat windshields.  UPD might be able to do it for ya:  http://www.updplastics.com/

yeah I think your just have to track down a local plastics fab shop.  I'm sure there is one in your area.  Acrylic is easy to work with and glue.  Heating it and bending it is easy with the proper tool for heating it.
