Best option to renew the electrical system

Hello everyone,
A few months ago I purchased a SafetyHub 150 from BlueSea planning to replace the old fuse block and re-do some of the connections to the battery, switch, etc.("I think I went overboard maybe a small fuse block would be a better option")

I have been reading but still dont understand how the Battery charger works (like the ProSport)and also why the ACR or the Batt isolator and what will be the use of the switch in this picture...... Im REALLY lost....

My 2k Aqua Exp has the old fuse block, standard 4 position switch with dual batteries, which will be the best option to integrate those devices to renew my electrical system

Any help, comments, suggestion..

Here is what I built for my Explorer

The lug on the left is where the House battery + connects, the lug on the far right is where the Engine connects.  The other lug on the right is for the + of Starting battery.  When the 2 outside switches are on the voltage is available to the House and the Engine.  When the engine is running it will charge the Starting battery back through the right switch and the ACR across the top will monitor the voltage on the House battery.  If it gets low, compared to the right side, but not too low (short) it will close the ACR to allow charging of the House battery.  When the switches are off, the two voltages are isolated by the ACR.
The center switch will combine the batteries if I need to.
I added the multimeter so I could monitor the voltage of each battery.  The terminal block are all grounds.

This will give you an idea of how your switch works - 1 could be House, 2 could be Starting, All is like my combiner sw, and off is like when all my switches are off.

It looks beatiful....a few questions?
What are the boxes between the ACR and the lugs, similar as the one left from the charger? Breakers?
What's the purposes of the ChargePro if the batteries are been charged by the motor?
Where is the house loads connected here?

Digging around in the internet I found this too....

Here's a start on ACR theory. Note there are also wiring schematics on the site.

The battery charger is fairly straight forward.

You will still use the Perko switch, clean up and polish the ground buss and let the four winds blow.

Your biggest concern I see is available space so you may need to move things around to fit.

The battery charger is for when the boat sits in the yard for extended periods of time.

Thanks - needed something.  All I had from the PO was a 4-way switch bolted through the hull.

Breakers - followed the blue seas wiring recommendations. http://bluesea.com/viewresource/60 (the drawing I have has a 150A breaker on both sides of the ACR)

When not in the water (or at a dock) I plug the charger in to keep the batteries topped off - 24x7.

Im going to start collecting some parts for the project this week. The BlueSea circuit breaker pn4374 seems like a good start, couple of the breakers like RickK's, and also the battery monitor.... Im still thinking about the battery charger, I park in a storage place so cant have it plug-in.
