I've seen people walk through sliding screen doors before but wooden cabin doors? Must have been the piscatorial version of buck fever!!!
I checked out a partial pic of yours in another thread. I assume mine were replaced because it's plywood, piano hinged horizontally in the middle and dogged in place with stainless hatch locks that fit into holes cut in the inside door frame, kinda half ass. I'll try to get some pics. The interesting thing is the door fits perfectly into the center gap between the v-berths and there is a factory cutout exactly where the locks are so they can recess in. It's almost as if the door is designed to become the center platform for the berth but that makes no sense to me since you would want the door for privacy if you were in there. Anyways, hard to explain without pics so I'll get some later.
