21.5 access hatch brand suggestions?

Hi Guys...Been a while since I've been on.  Loooooong winter...

Opening the boat soon and one of my projects will be to remove the 8" round hatch over the bilge pump and replace it with one that offers more open area to work through.  Changing the macerator last year drove me nuts.  Has anyone here done one on there boat lately and what brand hatch would be recommended that is low profile, strong to step on and water tight?  I would also like to add one to the forward 8" hatch that is over the gas tank pick up unit.  It's not centered over unit and feed hose. The pick up unit is only exposed halfway.  Silly design cause you can't aceess some of the hardware on the unit and I can't get to the clamp on the fuel feed hose to the tank.

Any suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated.  2003 215 Explorer.

Greg, the hatches Lew suggests....I have several brand new rectangular Beckson's of various sizes that we won't be using. Long story, but they did not correctly fit the openings molded in the new floor (our design error) so we were forced to go with fiberglass.
