Hey guys its clear that my trailer was not made or intended for my boat.. the tongue is to short, bunks are to short, and the wheel wells are about 1/2 in from the hull on both sides.. im looking for advice as to if there is anything i can do to the trailer to make it work with my boat.. pictures are worth a 1000 words.. any help would be appreciated

Short of getting a bigger trailer or smaller boat probably not much can be done. Trailer looks like it was more for something in the 16 ' range.
